As we do not hold stock on hand, and all wallpapers are ordered in as per individual order, we cannot offer returns/exchanges on over ordered, incorrectly ordered products or change of mind.
If you are unsure on colour/style please request a $5 sample.

Once an order is received, we cannot cancel or make changes to an order.

We take extra care in packaging all items, if an item slips through and is faulty please contact us and we will be happy to offer you a refund or replacement.
We do not take responsibility or offer returns/refunds/exchanges for faults arising from installation.
Please check your wallpaper for defects prior to hanging, and thoroughly read and follow the hanging instructions on your wallpapers label.

Any costs associated with an approved exchange for any reason other than the product being faulty will be at the buyers expense and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
