Our Kakao design was inspiredby the origins of delectablechocolate!
On our inspiration trip to Costa Rica we watched the process of chocolate making fromstart tofinish which was truly facinating and of course,delicious.
Our print Kakao features thefamousfruit of the Theobroma cacao tree which are the pod like shapes within the design.
The fruits harbourthe cacaobeans which are technically the seeds of the fruit.
I wanted the style of the design to be childlike and naive to reflect the joy and nostalgia that Ibelievechocolate brings to people.
